Amir Zalcenstein, PhD, MBA
Dr. Zalcenstein comes to SoluBest after working with a business development and public relations consulting firm, and later with Ernst & Young's GIA division as a senior consultant. Amir holds a doctoral degree in cancer genetics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, and did a post-doctorate in Nano-technology. He joined SoluBest in 2007.

Dr. Jaffe has over twenty-five years experience in Biomedical R&D projects. Over the last decade and a half Irene has focused on Technology Management, specifically in young medical start-ups, Business Development and IP Assessment and Management. Irene holds a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science, was a postdoctoral fellow at MIT, and spent 15 years as a Sr. Researcher and Project Manager in the Dept. of Radiopharmaceuticals of Soreq Nuclear Research. Institute (SNRC). Irene has been with SoluBest since 2001.
Chief Technology Officer Maryana Averbuch, PhD.
Dr. Averbuch brings over 25 years of scientific expertise in polymer and physical chemistry, including most recently experience in the field of innovative pharmaceuticals at D-Pharm, Rehovot. Maryana holds a Ph.D. from Moscow University, Russia.
R&D Manager Galia Temstin-Krayz, PhD.
Galia directs SoluBest Formulation R&D, analytical method development, process optimization and scale-up. She earned her PhD in Organic and Material Chemistry from Ben Gurion University in Beer Sheva, Israel.
She has both academic and industrial experience in organic synthesis and process development of APIs.

Anna Berman obtained her M.Sc. from Institute of Civil Engineering, St. Petersburg, Russia. Prior to joining SoluBest in 2006, Anna gained over 7 years' experience as an analytical chemist at two of Israel's leading commerical analytical laboratories - Analyst LTD., and Aminolab LTD.
