Dr. Ronnie A. Hershman, MD., FACC Chairman of the Board Dr. Hershman is American Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, and President of Long Island Cardiac Care, LLC. He founded and served as Managing Director of Integrated Cardiovascular Therapeutics ICT, Woodbury, NY. Dr. Hershman earned his MD degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
Mr. Marcus Cohn Director Mr. Cohn represents Alplex BV. a Dutch investment company. Mr. Cohn is involved in a number of additional ventures, mostly in hi-tech.
Dr. Rodney Kasan Director Dr. Kasan retired from Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd after 37 years of service. The last position Dr. Kasan held was Corporate VP for Technology (Pharmaceutical) and CTO (Pharmaceutical). He was responsible for the development and approval of over 200 products, both generic drugs and NCE's, including Copaxone ( CMC portion ) in the USA, Europe, Israel and other countries.
Dr. Bruce Morra Director A doctor of Polymer Science and Engineering, Dr. Morra has worked with a number of innovative drug delivery companies, including serving as CEO of SCOLR, ISP, Flamel, Progenitor Cell Therapy, Biopore, and West Pharmaceutical Services to name but a few. He now acts as a board member for a number of companies and runs a private consulting firm.
